Harumi Kojo, a former judge, is a well-known intellectual property lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, design patent, copyright and antitrust/unfair competition. She actively advises on infringement and validity issues, licensing and other related agreements. In 2001 Harumi was appointed as a judge in the Tokyo High Court, Intellectual Property Division, where she served until 2005.
